Specialized Treatments

Techniques that go beyond standard PT

In addition to hands-on manual therapy, our licensed PTs offer the following specialized techniques.

Dry needling at Perle PT

Dry Needling

A highly effective technique for stubborn pain, muscle tension, and chronic conditions like spinal stenosis and back pain. All three of our PTs are dry needling certified — addressing trigger points and restoring pain-free movement, often with results felt the same day.

Dry needling differs from acupuncture: it's grounded in western anatomy and evidence-based PT, targeting specific muscle trigger points that other treatments can't fully reach.

"Her dry needling techniques have kept my severe spinal stenosis to a minimum — even allowing me to play competitive tennis. I feel results as soon as I'm off her table."

The Process

How PT at Perle works

1

Register Your Interest

Click here and tell us what's going on. We'll confirm we're the right fit and get you scheduled.

2

Initial Evaluation

60-min one-on-one session to assess movement, pain patterns, and history.

3

Personalized Plan

A treatment plan built around your life, goals, and schedule — not a template.

4

Graduate to Movement

Many patients transition to Restorative Pilates — continuing to build strength long after PT ends.

The PT → Pilates pathway

About 25% of our Pilates clients are also current or former PT patients. As you recover, Restorative Pilates is the natural next step — keeping you strong, mobile, and out of the clinic. Because your PT already knows your history, the transition is seamless. This is something a standalone Pilates studio simply cannot offer.

Membership Program

FAQ

Insurance & Pricing

Do you accept insurance?
Perle is a cash-pay practice — payment is due at the time of your session. We keep our rates transparent and as accessible as possible. For many patients, the out-of-pocket cost is comparable to (or less than) what they'd spend on copays and deductibles over a course of traditional PT.
Why cash-pay? What's the benefit for me?
Insurance billing codes dictate what a therapist can treat — and for how long. When we work outside that system, we can address multiple issues in a single session, spend the full hour entirely focused on you, and move at the pace your body actually needs. Every session is one-on-one with a licensed PT. No shared time, no aides, no rushing through a protocol designed for a different patient.
Can I still get reimbursed through my insurance?
Possibly, yes. Upon request, we'll provide you with a superbill — an itemized receipt with the diagnosis and procedure codes your insurance company needs — which you can submit directly for out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts vary by plan and we can't guarantee what you'll receive back, but many of our patients recover a portion of the cost. We're happy to help you understand what to expect from your specific plan.
"Beth is truly the most amazing PT I have ever seen. Her dry needling techniques have kept my severe spinal stenosis to a minimum — even allowing me to play competitive tennis. I feel results as soon as I'm off her table and I continue to feel improvements over the next 24 hours. Honestly, I could not continue my healthy lifestyle without her healing hands."
