Pilates · Taught by Physical Therapists

Pilates for every body.

Whether you're building strength, improving posture, or recovering from injury — our small-group reformer classes are led by licensed PTs who understand how your body moves.

The Difference

This isn't your average Pilates class.

At most studios, instructors are certified in Pilates — and that's it. At Perle, your instructor is also a licensed physical therapist with years of clinical training.

When something doesn't feel right, they know why. When your hip is compensating for your back, they catch it. When you're ready to progress, they know exactly how far to push you. That's not something a Pilates certificate teaches — it takes a PT degree.

Find Your Fit

How would you like to train?

Three distinct ways to practice Pilates at Perle — each led by a licensed physical therapist.

Group Classes

Join a scheduled class — reformer, mat, or specialty. Max 4 per class. Equipment and non-equipment options available.

Private & Semi-Private

One-on-one or bring a friend — duo and trio sessions available. Access to all equipment. Fully tailored to your body and goals.

Restorative Pilates

PT-informed classes for people managing injury, chronic conditions, or post-surgical recovery. Small group, clinical guidance throughout.

Group Classes

Equipment & Non-Equipment

All group classes are capped at 4 participants — small enough that your PT instructor can give real-time, individual attention to every person in the room.

Equipment Classes

Utilizing the reformer, tower, and other classical apparatus for a full-body, spring-resistance workout.

Private & Semi-Private

More customization. More equipment.

Private and semi-private sessions give you access to our full studio — all four classical Pilates apparatus — with a program built entirely around your body and goals.

Full Apparatus Access

🔧 Reformer with Tower

The foundation of Pilates — spring resistance, full-body range of motion, scalable to any level.

🏗️ Cadillac / Trap Table

The trapeze table unlocks movements impossible on the reformer. Ideal for rehabilitation and advanced work.

🪑 Wunda Chair

Challenges balance, stability, and strength in ways the reformer can't. A favorite for athletic clients.

🪜 Ladder Barrel

Spinal articulation, flexibility, and extension work. Excellent for posture, back health, and dancers.

Session Formats

Private — 1:1

Full session with your PT — completely tailored programming, any equipment, any pace.

Duo — 2 People

Bring a friend, spouse, or training partner. Personalized programming for both — at a better rate than two privates.

Trio — 3 People

Small group energy with the attention of a semi-private. Great for friends who want to train together.

Private Events & Parties

We host private Pilates events — bachelorette parties, birthday sessions, corporate wellness events, and more. Contact us to plan your experience.

Restorative Pilates

PT-guided movement for healing bodies.

A small-group reformer class designed to strengthen the body safely — without risking further injury. Your instructor has a clinical understanding of your condition, not just a Pilates certification.

Who It's For

🦴 Osteoporosis & Bone Density

Safe, weight-bearing movement that builds bone health without high-impact risk.

🔩 Joint Replacements

Hip, knee, or shoulder replacement? We know exactly what your new joint needs — and what to avoid.

💪 Chronic Pain & Failed PT

If traditional PT hasn't resolved your pain, movement-based therapy in a supportive class setting often does.

🧘 Active Adults

Stay strong, mobile, and independent. We work with where your body is today — and build from there.

🏃 Athletes Returning from Injury

Runners, cyclists, golfers. Rebuild stability and movement quality before returning to sport.

🌀 Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue

Gentle, PT-guided movement designed around pain sensitivity. We pace progressions carefully and modify freely.

⚖️ Pelvic & Spinal Instability

Core stability rooted in clinical understanding of the pelvic floor and spinal support system.

🩺 Current or Former PT Patients

Already working with us in PT? Restorative Pilates is a natural continuation — your PT already knows your history.

Women's Health

Care for every stage of a woman's body.

Our PTs are trained in women's health and understand how hormonal changes, surgery, and life transitions affect the body — and how targeted Pilates movement can help.

🌸 Perimenopause

Manage symptoms, maintain bone density, and support joint health through the hormonal transition.

⚖️ Pelvic Pain

PT-guided movement addressing pelvic floor dysfunction, hip instability, and chronic pelvic discomfort.

👶 Postpartum Recovery

Safe return to movement after birth — including diastasis recti, pelvic floor rehab, and core restoration.

💧 Incontinence

Strengthen the pelvic floor and improve bladder control through targeted, clinically-guided Pilates work.

🎗️ Post Breast Cancer Rehab

Gentle, PT-supervised movement supporting recovery from breast cancer treatment and lymphedema management.

🏥 Post-Reconstruction Surgery

Rehabilitation after reconstructive procedures — carefully paced and modified by your PT throughout.

"Pilates is the first item to go on my calendar every week! It's my weekly 'me time.' For the past few years I've been doing Pilates with Beth. She has an amazing knowledge base and encouraging spirit. Through Pilates, I've gained strength, stamina, and flexibility — and seen real improvements in my posture."
